As women, we are built for community—for communion with one another. Through words, presence, listening, sharing, and witnessing, we learn from one another. We become mirrors for one another. We remember that we are not alone in what we experience as we move through this life.
OUR ANCESTORS KNEW THIS. LET'S GO BACK TO SHARING THE MEDICINE IN OUR STORIES LIKE THE WOMEN BEFORE US DID.
Because while our stories may be different in so many ways, there is so much we share.
We are individuals, and yet we are one.
We are stronger together. We remind one another how to come home to ourselves as we open, share, listen, receive, and offer our stories as medicine.
You were never meant to do it all alone.
This is a space to allow yourself to be fully seen, heard, and held in loving presence. A non-judgmental space where you don't have to perform, have it all figured out, or be anything other than exactly who you are.
There is no advice-giving here. No fixing. No trying to solve one another.
Just a circle of women willing to listen, to share, to witness, and to receive—to hear one another's stories, while also giving ourselves the space to hear our own.
