Whether after attending retreats, or doing 1:1 coaching, or creative sessions with me, I’ve seen my ah-mazing clients quit jobs that drained them and step boldly into thriving businesses within a year. I’ve seen them move across states and find their soul tribe. I’ve seen them finally close the door on marriages that stretched them thin and claim the joy of living fully on their own terms. I’ve witnessed relationships heal from a soul level so deeply that their physical bodies began to heal too. I've mirror them creating visual poetry that liberated their souls and allowed them to heal their hearts and move on with total self empowerment.

And I’ve lived it myself. Left Colombia and came to the USA in 2014, experienced chronic dis-eases, was exposed to different religions and spiritual beliefs as well as an arts community growing up, have been rich, have been homeless, and everything in between. And I have healed from within. Built my biz. Followed my dreams relentlessly. Dreams of helping others, helping the world, helping myself. Being both behind and in front of the lens has been my mirror, as has been the world and everyone I encounter. Photography has shown me my shadow and my light, my w-holy-ness, and in weaving it with other ways of creative expression, spiritual and holistic tools that I've learned throughout my life experiences, I’ve shifted, have been deprogramming my colonized body & mind, and remembered my powerful soul as a part of God and something much greater than me. Through this work, I’ve manifested a beautiful life I once only dreamed of. I learned to listen to my body and trust my soul, and that practice has guided me every step of the way to heal myself from the inside out, in all areas of my life through the past 8 years or so. In de-conditioning myself from patriarchal cultural paradigms, this work on myself has shown me the service I am meant to provide in this lifetime to others. What some would call "my purpose". i am meant to share what I've experienced and learned with others, as i have needed someone to guide me while I have gone through thresholds and embracing the whole of me, good and bad, and everything in between.

And I found it is all Divinely orchestrated and planned.

What I've learned on my journey, I gift to others as antidote, or medicine. When I mirror you, I mirror both light and shadow, so that you can remember the love that you are and see yourself through that lens. Only by being reflected in the good and bad, will you be able to see and feel yourself through and as love.

we return home to the body for guidance to self heal & self empower learning to listen, trust, and move in harmony with it, as we remember its language and magic. We learn to work WITH the body, to help it perform at its best in energetic and physical alignment with our heart and soul.

we remember that beauty is not perfection but presence, the luminous glow of authenticity that comes from the soul.
CREATIVE DIVINE EXPRESSION
we let creativity, expression of the soul & self devotion become medicine & path—portals of transformation and self reclamation. We let God take over the wheel and we flow in co-creation with the Divine to embody our most yummiest existence, and drip it onto everything we touch.
SISTERHOOD
we rise together, held in belonging, seen in our wholeness, and celebrated in our shared shadow and light. I know that sisterhood has saved me so many times! I cannot give enough thanks for all the beautiful sisters who have held me and whom I have held. It is sacred medicine.
