Gratitude has absolutely changed my life. It’s become a way of living, a prayer, a song of grace in my life. It’s gotten me through the toughest of situations and brought in more and more blessings to be grateful for.

Here are some things I've come to learn besides the benefits of being in a grateful state:

🌕 Returning to my natural cycles attuned to the Moon energy has led me to explore more of how Astral energy affects our Planet, bodies, elements and so on.  Both Earth and Moon cycles are connected to our emotions, physicality and spirituality. 

I have been learning how to harness all of it to my advantage, even in seemingly hard situations.

⚪️ Being in community and sacred circles with women, have been some of the most healing experiences I’ve ever experienced.

I want to share these tools and what I've been learning with you. I created a beautiful sacred container called the Luminous Gratitude Full Moon Coven: a safe space to gather on the full Moon days to dive into gratitude as a way of living, and to go deep within our bodies & natural cycles to explore, heal and celebrate existence together, as we give gratitude for all, while we support each other in circle.​
