We will call upon your Spirit Guides for direction towards your highest good. Various holistic healing practices and tools may be given at the time of the session, as well as self healing tools and actionable prompts that you can do on your own, at your own pace, after the session. Things that we can do as part of your Spiritual Coaching sessions: -Cord cutting & protection -Energetic alignment, cleansing and healing -Light Language DNA activations/upgrades/healing -Holy Fire© Reiki and Angelic healing -Angelic Hypnosis - Past and/or Present life regressions (2 hours minimum) -Spirit/Higher Self Guidance -Journaling -Guided meditations -Oracle card readings -Creative, intuitive somatic healing And more!!
